For today’s post I’m sharing my current favorite oats recipe. It’s really easy, healthy and perfect for fall with it’s colder and rainier days.
What do you need?
- 35-40 gram of oats
- 150 ml water
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- handful of blueberries
- cake and gingerbread spices
- small piece of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp of peanut butter (I have the light version)
How do you make it?
Pour the water in a pan and mix it with the oats. Cut 1/2 of a banana, smash it and add it to the oats. Also add the blueberries and spices and start stirring everything (around 4 min) until it becomes a sticky mixture. Turn off the heat and start stirring the chocolate through the oats.
Grate the apple and mix it together with the oats mixture. Cut the other half of the banana and serve it with the oats. Finally, add some peanut butter for that extra flavor.
