I just came back from a week Ibiza and I got totally inspired for new healthy recipes. One of this recipes is the Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl that I ate in a lunchroom next to my hotel. Sooo delicious and full of vitamins.
So I decided to also make this bowls back in Amsterdam. They’re very easy and fun to make.
What you need for two portions:
- 1 Dragon fruit (peeled, sliced and frozen) or you can buy it already frozen
- handful of frozen pineapple or red fruit (berries, strawberries etc.)
- 150 ml coconut water or almond milk
- toppings of your choice (some suggestions: kiwi, berries, apple, nuts, goji berries, shredded, coconut, granola, chia seeds)
How do you make it?
Mix all the ingredients besides the toppings until it becomes a smooth texture. Pour in a bowl and add the toppings to it.
